A marriage is going on. See the face of the groom.
He is crying during his marriage. It is clearly shown on his face that he is not happy with his marriage.
This special type of marriage is very often done in certain parts of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.

The other family members were there. They caught him. Then he was kept in a room. There he was threatened by bride brother and other family members.
He was also beaten and forcefully taken to marriage mandap. All the family members of the bride surrounded him so that he couldn't escape.
They conduct the whole marriage by taking Vinod Kumar into gunpoint. He cried but no one listening to him.

I'll be honest; this is new for me! I've heard of bride kidnapping in other countries, which seems to be customary in that particular culture of the country, but I've never heard of "Pakadwa Vivah" before. Its strange, really! And people say India is a total patriarchy! Haha!! 😆
